Did you know the world we are living in today is different from that of our parents and grandparents? There are several factors that makes it different and one of these factors is technology. 

Technology has affected our teens on how they think, talk, dress and even behave. In this case what they see on social media they practice it in real life.

Ever heard of transgender? These are people who feel that the gender they were born in is not the right one for them and they are uncomfortable with in it making them to transition from one gender to another. 


Dysphoria brings about not being satisfied with who you are and that's how people change from male to female or the other way round. But thats not the only reason as to why people transition from one sex to the other.

With our 20th century parents they think the teens are lost and they don't know what they want in life. However, the parents should accept the decision the teens make because we are living in a different era.

Transitioning 

Ever wondered how people transition from one sex to another? The answer is through medical assistance and social transition. There is medication used to reverse the hormones or surgery involvement to remove female or male reproductive system for one to be a man or a woman respectively.

Social transitioning involves coming out to parents and friends by asking them to use the pronoun that suits you; he/she, him/her.

The transgenders are just like anyone else and we should accept them into the community. Its not an easy decision to change sex, these people have suffered either emotionally or physically for them to get to the point of not accepting who they were born to be. Maybe some went through critics that made them not comfortable with who they are. People make different choices and we should respect them.
